PARKING
The property has 2 parking spots in the driveway.
Additional parking spots available on the street for free if needed.
GATE OPENER
If you choose to park inside the driveway, the remote control located in the little nook in the kitchen. you can open/close gate door
ACCESS
UNLOCK DOORS
The access to the unit is from the front door, from the pedestrian gate

Unlock the door: The entry door has access code with electronic locks

Enter the access code into the keypad. A green light will indicate the code is accepted.

Rotate the deadbolt that is under the keypad AWAY from the door opening, unlocking the deadbolt.

Lock the door: Press the Schlage button, Rotate the deadbolt latch clock wise .

WARNING If the light flashes red, the code may have been entered incorrectly. Allow 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again.
